Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026 · Effective 22 October 2026

Please note. This website and the Juris De Jure platform are in active development. This policy describes how we handle information today and will be updated as the service grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Juris De Jure Law Firm (“Juris De Jure”, “we”, “us”), a law firm based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, at 711, 7th Floor, Elements Mall, DCM, Ajmer Road, Jaipur. We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data you share through this site.

This policy covers only this marketing website (jurisdejure.com and its subdomains). The Juris De Jure platform used by client firms and their staff is a separate service, governed by the agreement under which access is granted.

2. What this policy covers

It explains what information we collect when you visit this site or ask us for a demo, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in the demo-request form, you choose to give us your name, your firm, your work email address, and any message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.

Information collected automatically

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run any analytics or advertising tools. We do not profile visitors. However, the site loads two resources from third-party networks to display correctly — web fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from Cloudflare's CDN. When your browser requests these, those providers may receive your IP address and basic request information as part of serving the files. This is standard for sites that use hosted fonts and libraries.

4. How we use your information

We rely on the consent you give by submitting the form, and on our legitimate purpose of responding to a request you have made of us. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. The demo-request form

When you submit the form, the details you enter are sent to us so we can respond — currently by generating an email to admin@jurisdejure.com, or, if we enable a form-handling service in future, through that service as a processor acting on our instructions. We will update this policy to name any such service before relying on it.

6. Who we share it with

We keep your information within the firm and share it only where necessary:

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

7. How long we keep it

We keep demo-request and enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which we delete or anonymise them, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your details sooner (see section 9).

8. How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit who inside the firm can see it.

9. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and subject to its conditions, you may:

To exercise any of these, write to us using the details in section 12.

10. Children

This site is meant for firms and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

This site may link to external sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices — please read their own policies.

12. Contact us

For any question about this policy or your personal data, or to raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge and respond to your request within the time the law requires.

13. Changes to this policy

As the website and platform develop, we may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to make them clear.
